Owners Josh and Jason spent years working in the HVAC industry, gaining hands-on experience in problem-solving, and customer care. After seeing firsthand what real estate investors needed most; dependable work, honest communication, and results that last. They took a leap of faith and left their jobs to start a business focused on remodeling and improvement projects for investors throughout the Dayton area.
As the business grew, so did their vision. Today, they’re excited to bring that same efficiency and craftsmanship to homeowners, helping families improve, update, and protect the places they live every day.
Family is at the core of everything they do. Jason and his wife Sarah are raising four kids. Outside of work, Jason enjoys boating and has a passion for collecting and selling vintage toys. Josh and his wife, Ashleigh have two kids. When he’s not on a job site, you’ll likely find Josh playing disc golf or working on his own 130-year-old farmhouse.
